KeepFree: licença de uso Copyright (c) 2026 PSD Software e Consultoria LTDA (CNPJ 57.517.409/0001-05). Todos os direitos reservados. 1. Objeto. O KeepFree, a partir da versão 2.1 (a ferramenta de terminal, o app da barra de menus, os instaladores, os catálogos, os textos, as telas, a skill para assistentes de IA e a documentação, na forma em que a PSD Software os distribui), é um programa de computador protegido pela Lei 9.609/98 (Lei do Software) e pela Lei 9.610/98 (Lei de Direitos Autorais). Ele é licenciado, não vendido. 2. A licença. A compra dá a quem comprou uma licença vitalícia, pessoal, não exclusiva e intransferível para usar o KeepFree em um computador por vez, nos recursos do plano comprado, com as atualizações desse plano que a PSD Software publicar. Cada plano recebe só a parte do KeepFree que lhe cabe; os recursos de outros planos não estão licenciados para quem não os comprou, mesmo que alguma parte deles esteja ou chegue ao computador. 3. É proibido, sem autorização prévia e por escrito da PSD Software: a) revender, sublicenciar, alugar, emprestar, ceder, compartilhar a chave ou distribuir o KeepFree ou cópias dele; b) copiar ou reproduzir o KeepFree, no todo ou em parte, salvo a cópia de salvaguarda que a lei permite; c) fazer engenharia reversa, descompilar, desmontar, decodificar, desofuscar ou tentar de qualquer outro modo obter o código, a lógica, os catálogos, as regras ou a estrutura interna do KeepFree além do que ele mostra no uso normal, ressalvado apenas o que a lei brasileira assegurar de forma expressa e inafastável; d) usar, submeter ou expor o KeepFree, no todo ou em parte (código, textos, catálogos, telas, documentação ou mensagens), a ferramentas de inteligência artificial, modelos de linguagem, assistentes de código, agentes ou automações com o fim de analisar, explicar, extrair, traduzir, resumir, reescrever, reproduzir, adaptar ou recriar o KeepFree, criar obra derivada ou produto concorrente, ou de treinar, ajustar, avaliar ou alimentar modelos; e) criar, desenvolver, divulgar ou explorar produto ou serviço concorrente a partir do KeepFree ou do que se aprendeu com o acesso ao código dele; f) contornar, desligar, alterar, simular ou falsificar a conferência da licença, a autorização de uso, o vínculo com o computador ou o bloqueio por plano, inclusive para usar recursos de um plano que não foi comprado; g) remover ou alterar avisos de autoria, de direitos ou desta licença; h) explorar o KeepFree comercialmente de qualquer forma além do uso próprio. Não é proibido o uso previsto da skill que acompanha o KeepFree: pedir a um assistente de IA que rode os comandos do KeepFree no seu Mac, sem ler, copiar ou reproduzir o código dele. 4. Revogação. A licença pode ser revogada, com aviso, em caso de estorno, contestação do pagamento ou descumprimento destes termos. O que estiver instalado deixa de funcionar quando a autorização do computador vence e não é renovada. 5. Consequências. O descumprimento desta licença sujeita o infrator, além da revogação, à reparação integral dos danos causados à PSD Software, inclusive lucros cessantes, e às sanções civis e penais da Lei 9.609/98 (arts. 12 a 14) e da Lei 9.610/98 (arts. 101 a 110), sem prejuízo de outras medidas cabíveis. 6. Garantia. O KeepFree é fornecido como está. A PSD Software não responde por danos indiretos decorrentes do uso, respeitados os direitos de quem compra previstos no Código de Defesa do Consumidor. 7. Versões anteriores. Versões anteriores à 2.1 (publicadas como "Disco Livre" e "KeepFree" 2.0) foram distribuídas sob a licença MIT; quem as recebeu mantém os direitos daquela licença sobre aquelas versões. 8. Lei e foro. Vale a lei brasileira. Para quem comprou como consumidor, o foro é o do seu domicílio; nos demais casos, o da comarca de Natal/RN. 9. Partes de terceiros. Partes do KeepFree vieram do disco-livre (https://github.com/Willclaf/disco-livre), de Willian Carlos Lameu, publicado sob a licença MIT. Each plan receives only its own part of KeepFree; features of other plans are not licensed to anyone who has not bought them, even if any part of them is or ends up on the computer. 3. Without prior written permission from PSD Software, you may not: a) resell, sublicense, rent, lend, assign, share the key or distribute KeepFree or copies of it; b) copy or reproduce KeepFree, in whole or in part, except for a backup copy allowed by law; c) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, deobfuscate or otherwise attempt to obtain the code, logic, catalogs, rules or internal structure of KeepFree beyond what it shows in normal use, except only to the extent that applicable law expressly and mandatorily allows it; d) use, submit or expose KeepFree, in whole or in part (code, texts, catalogs, screens, documentation or messages), to artificial intelligence tools, language models, coding assistants, agents or automations in order to analyze, explain, extract, translate, summarize, rewrite, reproduce, adapt or recreate KeepFree, create a derivative work or competing product, or to train, fine-tune, evaluate or feed models; e) create, develop, publish or exploit a competing product or service based on KeepFree or on what was learned from access to its code; f) circumvent, disable, alter, simulate or forge the license check, the use authorization, the computer binding or the plan restrictions, including to use features of a plan that was not purchased; g) remove or alter authorship, rights or license notices; h) exploit KeepFree commercially in any way beyond your own use. The intended use of the skill that ships with KeepFree is allowed: asking an AI assistant to run KeepFree commands on your Mac, without reading, copying or reproducing its code. 4. Revocation. The license may be revoked, with notice, in case of chargeback, payment dispute or breach of these terms. Installed copies stop working when the computer's authorization expires and is not renewed. 5. Consequences. Breach of this license subjects the infringer, in addition to revocation, to full compensation for the damages caused to PSD Software, including lost profits, and to the civil and criminal penalties of Brazilian Law 9.609/98 and Law 9.610/98 and of the law of the place of the infringement, without prejudice to other remedies. 6. Warranty. KeepFree is provided as is. PSD Software is not liable for indirect damages arising from its use, subject to the consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you. 7. Earlier versions. Versions prior to 2.1 (published as "Disco Livre" and "KeepFree" 2.0) were distributed under the MIT license; those who received them keep the rights of that license over those versions. 8. Law and venue. Brazilian law governs, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the buyer's country. Venue: the courts of Natal/RN, Brazil, unless the law of the consumer's domicile requires otherwise. 9. Third-party parts. Parts of KeepFree came from disco-livre (https://github.com/Willclaf/disco-livre), by Willian Carlos Lameu, published under the MIT license, whose notice (reproduced in item 9 above) accompanies every copy.
